About the role
We are now looking for a Supply Planner to join our team in Eslöv! With us, you will have a unique opportunity to work between the factory and the head office, gaining insight into both production and sales. You will become a key person who helps secure deliveries and develop our processes – your voice carries weight when we solve challenges and drive improvements.
As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for operational production planning and optimizing production flows based on delivery reliability, productivity, and inventory value. You will work closely with production, manage daily priorities, and help develop our working methods. The role involves both independent analytical work and collaboration with the team, where you contribute to a good cohesion and joy at work.
What you will have the opportunity to work with

You will lead and optimize planning to create the best possible overall economy while quickly prioritizing and handling daily challenges as production changes. An important factor to consider will be the sustainability time of the products, making the job particularly interesting.
You will follow up and improve key metrics such as delivery reliability, inventory value, and write-offs – ensuring that we constantly get better. In this role, you will also participate in exciting development projects and improvement work within Supply Planning. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from planning, production, quality, maintenance, and logistics, as well as present delivery status and planning KPIs at the facility. Additionally, you will be an integral part of our S&OP and S&OE processes, where we collectively drive the business forward.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent education/experience
- Has good communication skills and high analytical ability
- Has good knowledge of business systems, primarily SAP
- Is decisive and can act independently, even if you are newly graduated
- Enjoys working both independently and in a team
- Can see the big picture and make independent decisions
- Is proficient in Swedish and English at least at an advanced level
It is a merit if you have
- Experience in Supply Chain work and S&OP processes
- Business understanding within the FMCG/food industry
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
